Classroom Management Plan
What is the #1 problem teachers struggle with? Classroom Management, right? It’s the part of teaching that can make or break a career. It is the part that let’s you leave each day with either a skip in your step or desire to drive away and never return.
We all chose this career because we wanted to make a difference. We love that moment when they get it, when they show kindness to others, and strive to learn new things.
What teachers aren’t prepared for is that door being “closed’ the first day and no one giving you advice on how to manage all your different personalities. College teaches you how to design assessments, and find ways to reach all learners. The teacher workdays at the beginning of the year review standards, and policies, and how to turn in all that paperwork.
But, no one teaches you how to get all of those papers turned in, how to get a line of 30 students all the way to music class, and what to do on those field trips.
If this is happening for you, I have some happy news!
I’ve designed something to help you!
